1. Who You Are Contracting With

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any products, e-books, or services offered by JSN Enterprises LLC ("JSN Enterprises", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company located at 4111 E. Rose Lake Rd. #4401, Charlotte, NC 28217. By using the site or purchasing our products, you are entering into an agreement with JSN Enterprises LLC.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the site or by completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products. You represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and, if purchasing on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Products & Services

JSN Enterprises offers digital products including the "Management Mastery Guide" e-book series. Digital products are delivered via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or our products, including by:

• using them for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• infringing intellectual property or other rights;
• introducing malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing, or scraping;
• reselling, redistributing, or sharing digital products outside the license granted below.

5. License to Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product, JSN Enterprises grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that product for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post the content. All intellectual property rights in our website, software, branding, and digital products remain owned by JSN Enterprises LLC.

6. Payments, Billing & Taxes (Paddle as Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment terms, billing, taxes, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy is also available on this site.

7. Service Level & Disclaimer

We strive to keep the site and products available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Information in our e-books is provided for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSN Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or any product will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Suspension & Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold JSN Enterprises harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts located in North Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
