JSN Enterprises LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Submit a refund request through Paddle's interface, or
3. Contact us via our contact page and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Please have your order ID or the email address used for the purchase available.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
