End-User License Agreement

Management Mastery Guide Book One — Version 1.0 · Effective June 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "Licensee") and JSN Enterprises LLC ("JSN Enterprises", "we", or "us"). By completing your purchase of the Management Mastery Guide Book One materials (the "Materials"), you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. These terms supplement, and do not replace, our Terms & Conditions.

The Materials are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants the rights described below for the license tier you selected; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the Materials.

1. License Tiers

Individual License (1 User)

Grants one (1) named user a nontransferable, nonexclusive right to use the Materials for personal professional development. The Materials may not be shared with coworkers, employees, students, clients, or any other person. Group instruction, organizational distribution, resale, posting, and redistribution are prohibited.

Team License (Up to 10 Users)

Grants one (1) organization a nontransferable license for up to ten (10) registered users for a term of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Access is limited to the purchasing organization and the named participants. The Materials may not be distributed to additional employees, other locations, affiliated organizations, clients, or external parties. Repeated training of replacement groups requires a renewal or additional license. Up to two (2) user substitutions are permitted during the license term; additional substitutions require written approval.

Guided Rollout License (Up to 20 Users)

Grants one (1) organization a nontransferable license for up to twenty (20) registered users for a term of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, together with one (1) approved internal facilitator. The license does not permit enterprise-wide distribution, use by multiple legal entities, commercial training delivery to third parties, resale, or ongoing reuse with successive participant groups beyond the licensed twenty (20) users. Up to two (2) user substitutions are permitted during the license term.

2. Permitted Uses

Within the limits of your license tier, you may:

  • Download and use the Materials for the licensed number of users.
  • Print one (1) working copy of the workbook per licensed user.
  • Complete worksheets and reflection tools for internal development.
  • Use the Materials within the purchasing organization, subject to the user count and term of your tier.
  • For organizational tiers, allow one approved internal facilitator to lead the program for the licensed participants.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Email, upload, or otherwise transmit the Materials to unlicensed users.
  • Place the Materials on a public or unrestricted shared drive, intranet, or learning management system that is accessible beyond the licensed users.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Materials in any form.
  • Remove or obscure copyright notices, logos, watermarks, or license identifiers from any file, page, or worksheet.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works for distribution, or present the Materials (in whole or in part) as another product.
  • Use the Materials to deliver paid training, consulting, coaching, or workshops to third parties without a separate commercial facilitator license.
  • Share the Facilitator & Leader Guide with learners or any person other than the approved internal facilitator.
  • Use a single license across multiple branches, locations, franchises, legal entities, or affiliated organizations.
  • Extract worksheets, scripts, or chapters and distribute them separately or beyond the licensed user count.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical measure, watermark, password, or access control protecting the Materials.

4. Intellectual Property

All Materials, including text, worksheets, scripts, checklists, templates, graphics, and trade dress, are owned by JSN Enterprises LLC and protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

5. License Compliance and Upgrades

Use beyond the purchased user limit, term, or scope requires an upgraded license. Where unauthorized use is identified, JSN Enterprises may invoice the difference between the purchased license and the applicable license tier, together with reasonable administrative and enforcement costs permitted by law. We offer straightforward upgrade paths between tiers — contact us before exceeding your license and only the upgrade difference will apply within a reasonable correction period.

6. Enforcement

JSN Enterprises reserves the right to suspend access, terminate this license, invoice for unauthorized users, issue cease-and-desist notices, submit DMCA takedown notices for infringing copies of the Materials posted online, and pursue any other remedies available under copyright, contract, or other applicable law. Termination for breach does not relieve the Licensee of payment obligations for unauthorized use prior to termination.
